Responsibilities
Build relationships with sellers and buyers, helping them to market and purchase properties at the right price and under the best terms
Listen to clients' needs and financial abilities and propose appropriate solutions
Coordinate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other relevant matters
Promote properties through effective marketing strategies, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Showcase and present properties to potential buyers for viewing and consideration
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Friendly and outgoing personality, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record of success and sales achievements
Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Basic computer skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must be at least 18 years old
