As a Real Estate Associate, you will serve as a bridge between sellers and buyers, helping them navigate the process with ease. Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to suggest suitable solutions
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Showcase and market properties to prospective buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
A demonstrated track record of successful sales is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Friendly, trustworthy, and approachable personality
Familiarity with MS Office software
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years of age or older
