Project Coating Estimator

Job Description
AZZ has an opportunity for an Estimator at our Rowlett Texas facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager you will compute cost estimates for materials and labor. Your extensive knowledge in the powder coating industry will help analyze the facilities needs, and you’re able to read and understand manufacturing product blueprints and drawings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews job specifications and drawings provided by the customer.
Reviews and advises of special requirements that may require third party vendor pricing.
Ensures all materials are identified, ordered, and costed to ensure proper final product completion.
Define all components necessary to complete billing of material and project(s).
Generates data sheets and reports on project costs and status.
Other duties as assigned.
