Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
Product Launches:
Lead product launch initiatives, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing materials, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Messaging and Positioning:
Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target customers.
Sales Enablement:
Create sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team in effectively positioning and selling our products.
Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive adoption of our products. Collaborate with the demand generation team on campaign execution.
Customer Engagement:
Develop strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle. Create customer-facing materials such as case studies, testimonials, and user guides.
Competitive Analysis:
Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Use insights to identify opportunities and threats and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Product Feedback:
Serve as the voice of the customer internally. Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to inform product development and marketing decisions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus.
