Requirements
Mark III Construction is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman for work on commercial/industrial projects in Sacramento and surrounding area. Foreman will lead crews performing most all tasks associated with the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Foreman will supervise and work with all personnel engaged in plumbing related tasks. Applicants must be customer focused, able to deliver positive results and build client relationships.
Qualifications and Traits of a Mark III Foreman
Seven (7) plus years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field experience and education in the trade.
Must have experience successfully running and leading crews
Set goals for the team – always goal oriented
Able to create, read and follow construction schedules and documents
Willingness and ability to build strong relationships with Superintendents and PMs
BIM modeling and Trimble knowledge – influence design and be an integral player in preconstruction
Construction administrative duties:
submittals, RFI’s and change orders
Proficient at tracking daily’s and labor as well as forecasting manpower
Ability to interpret plans and specifications
Possess knowledge of project scopes and ability to recognize changes in scopes of work
Comfortable with purchasing material and material take offs
Successful managing large complex projects and multiple jobs at one time
Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
Certification in the operation of equipment and/or in other pertinent areas is a plus
Knowledge of multiple trades
Leadership and mentorship skills
Safety oriented at all times
Organized and detail oriented – able to anticipate problems
Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation
Able to collaborate with other trades and have the “Power of One” mindset

Constantly Required to hear sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to hear detailed information and distinguish sounds to avoid hazards.
Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
