The Plant Human Resources Manager will be accountable for delivering human resources leadership for a manufacturing facility. This hands-on position is responsible for driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives and promoting a results oriented and performance driven culture.
The Plant Human Resources Manager should have:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for leading union relationships
Experience with data management
Ability to manage the discipline process
Expertise coaching and counseling employees
Experience supervising payroll
A service-oriented approach to working with others
The Plant Human Resources Manager will:
Manage labor relations (including involvement in union meetings, grievances, and negotiations)
Drive Talent Management processes
Conduct employee investigations
Manage and maintain adequate staffing levels for the plant
