Job Overview
The HR Plant Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business goals, collaborating closely with leadership to drive change and transformation. Analyzing trends and metrics alongside HR peers, they develop and implement innovative solutions and policies. This role involves daily coaching to leadership on various HR matters, talent acquisition strategies, participation in budget planning, and proactive HR solutions, all while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Position Description
Aligns HR strategy with business objectives in collaboration with leadership.
Drives change and transformation through process design, aiming for best practice status.
Provides daily coaching to leadership on various HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational design.
Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis, designing talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
Participates in annual budget planning and labor forecasting with business partners.
Performs talent acquisition, prescreening candidates and ensuring efficient turnaround.
Engages in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and networking to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Facilitates candidate selection, interviews, job offers, and onboarding processes.
Leads New Employee Orientation program.
Stay updated on recruiting trends and techniques to remain competitive.
Supports annual HR cycle deliverables such as performance management and benefits enrollment.
Evaluates issues and trends to provide proactive HR solutions, including training.
Collaborates with Payroll, HRIS, and Compensation and Benefits functions as required.
Partners with senior HR leaders to identify and develop key talent.
Serves as the central point of contact for Code of Conduct complaints, ensuring proper investigation and resolution.
Qualifications:
Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles &
practice of HR, including employment law &
compliance requirements
Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
Thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize tasks
Ability to make recommendations to resolve problems or issues effectively
Demonstrated project management skills
Education, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field preferred.
