Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (No weekend rotation)

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units within the facility.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatments and progress.
Participate in special events and activities as part of the rehabilitation team.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist.
