Payroll Specialist - Remote

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll specialist, with strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now. Multi-state and multi-entity experience are required. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are an expert multi-tasker that doesn’t get frazzled easily, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Process semi-monthly payroll for hourly, non-exempt and exempt employees and contractors in accordance with government regulations
Communicate with physician partners, practice managers, and employees to respond to inquiries and resolve payroll issues.
Enter/audit employee payroll changes (i.E. tax withholding, direct deposit, benefits).
Assist with setupof employee 401(k) plans, managing employee contributions with multiple carriers
Assist in payroll reports preparation for audits, year-end processes, and upon managers’ requests.
Work closely with payroll, HR, and accounting departments regarding employee and/or policy changes affecting payroll.
Maintain confidentiality of employee pay and personal information.
Work on special projects as needed.
