Job Description
As a Partner Marketing Manager supporting the Cash App and Afterpay SMB-MM businesses, you are responsible for developing, managing and scaling marketing programs, driving the success of our partnership with an exciting range of companies and retailers in the US.
Within this highly cross-functional role, you will work with multiple teams across various functions including Sales and Account Management, Ads/Affiliates, Integrated Marketing &
Marketing channel leads, Legal, and Insights &
Analytics.
Responsibilities:
Drives the Marketing Strategy for the SMB-MM segment, through internal &
external co-marketing opportunities, Partner channel best practices and advises on co-marketing spend to drive partnership growth.
Develops repeatable SMB-MM merchant co-marketing opportunities in collaboration with consumer marketing and creative.
Collaborates with B2B content marketing to articulate our marketing best practices as compelling collateral and maintains our U.S. Marketing Resource center
Enables Account Management to pitch and drive adoption of best practices or turnkey marketing opportunities.
Ensures flawless execution of a merchant’s co-marketing campaign by collecting assets and briefing teams, ensuring creative complies with merchant and Afterpay brand guidelines and all necessary internal and external approvals are received to keep project launches on schedule.
Collaborate with Insights &
Analytics on campaign performance to share back with the merchant and the business. Develop Merchant and Campaign benchmarks for future campaigns.
