Outside Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales personel to fill our position as aOutside Sales Specialist on a temporary/contract basis in Waco, TX area. As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible presenting our outdoor equipment product &
services to our potential andexisting customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential &
existingcustomers in the Waco area through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals leads. (*New Special Note:
Generated leads may beprovided by the marketing sales team. So, you may not have to worry about doingany cold calling, networking, &
Etc).
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product &
services demonstrationsto potential &
existingcustomers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Run scheduled appointments on a daily base&
conduct sales presentations, &
close ourcustomer product deal.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to identify potential opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, customer service,preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Waco area to meet with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation! Valid driver's license &
vehicle insurance.
- Background checks maybe considered.

Salary:
Range up to $620- $1280 weekly, plus commission.
