Stronghold Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets.
As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for Stronghold Roofing. This is a contracted, commission-based position that requires prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in outside sales, with a strong understanding of or with an eagerness to learn about the roofing industry. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with clients and building long-term relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets via face-to-face interactions, referrals, and door knocking
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
Perform roof and property inspections
Requirements
Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the roofing industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Exceptional customer service skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel the Greater Houston Area
Ability to perform roof inspections
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
