Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team on a 100% commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, door-to-door canvassing, and referrals.
Client Consultations:
Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our roofing services and products.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. Experience in a commission-based role is highly desirable.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to close sales and achieve targets.
Self-Motivation:
Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are required.
