As the Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a multifaceted role where you will manage daily office activities, coordinate meetings, oversee office supplies and equipment, and provide top-notch administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities will also include:
Office Operations:
Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure organizational efficiency, including managing the reception area (telephones and mail.)
Scheduling &
Coordination:
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
Inventory Management:
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure office equipment is well-maintained.
Visitor Assistance:
Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming attitude.
Budget Management:
Handle office budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts.
Administrative Support:
Assist with onboarding new employees, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and handle office communications.
Facilities Management:
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the building and coordinate vendors as needed.
