Responsibilities
Design and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions that align with their goals.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from design and planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
Configure and optimize Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions to meet client needs and ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions with existing infrastructure and systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
Provide technical guidance and training to clients and end-users.
Requirements
2 or more years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
Experience in configuring and optimizing Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions to meet client requirements.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and hybrid environments.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified:
Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly desirable.
