What we’re looking for:

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, Informa Markets is seeking a digital savvy, highly motivated marketing specialist in support of the WWETT Show (Water &
Wastewater Equipment, Treatment and Transport). This role is key in the delivery and success of integrated campaigns to generate awareness, increase attendance and engagement from key audiences and support the sales team in generating revenue.
The focus may vary on a daily basis -- from taking part in and supporting strategic planning, to project management and execution of deliverables, to helping to create project/campaign reports.
This individual needs to be analytical and data oriented, but with creative flair and exceptional attention to detail. The candidate should have experience in marketing automation technologies and be accustomed to delivering in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Role Accountability and Duties:
Ongoing support of the event/media timelines to ensure correct planning, pacing, executing and reporting of all marketing campaigns, both online and offline for the WWETT Show.
Support marketing team in ensuring that campaigns, projects, and initiatives are on schedule and on budget
Actively contribute creative ideas for new campaign initiatives based on past campaigns
Ensure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content, and digital marketing are thoroughly proofed and adhere to brand guidelines and agreed Informa standards.
Identify and assist with target media, association, industry partners and social media influencers to determine how they fit within the integrated campaign.
Write creative, impactful, conversion-optimized marketing copy for a variety of purposes, platforms, and channels;
work with cross functional teams to optimize marketing copy for conversion
Update marketing copy, content on brand AEM websites and other owned channels as needed and as directed by marketing leads, content team;
work with brand managers and creative team to ensure updates are reflective of the brand look, feel, and voice
Work with various stakeholders (including but not limited to) the Group Marketing Manager, Group Director, Group Sales Manager, and Conference Producer to coordinate campaigns, source information, provide regular updates and support teams to jointly deliver the event.
Reporting and analysis:
Ensure tracking and reporting on campaigns is delivered on schedule;
manage post event analysis and report creation
Provide budgetary support including billing, coding of invoices, reconciliation and tracking
Provide onsite support during shows and events.
Provide support to Senior Marketing Manager and marketing team on additional/other initiatives and projects as needed
The pay range for this position is $58,500 - $70,000 depending on experience
