HYBRID! Monday-Friday 8:
30AM - 5:
00PM CST in a team environment. Two daysrequired to be in the Franklin, TN office, normally Tuesday and Thursday.
AccountExecutive–Tier 1
TheAccountExecutivewill be a successfulaccountteam member who is creative and organized. He or she should display high energy and resourcefulness when working with automotive client contacts and internal Epsilon teams. He or she should have 2+ years of Direct Marketing experience coordinating direct mail and/or email marketing programs. Experience handling multi-channel programs is a plus. Working with automotive clients is also a plus.
His or her interpersonal communication skills should be able to manage a variety of situations, both positive and negative, for both client and internal contacts. OurAccountExecutives work with a variety of internal teams including but not limited to:
Creative
Data processing
Analytics
Production
Digital development
He or she will work out of both our Epsilon office and client offices in Franklin TN. The successfulAccountExecutivewill work and coordinate with internal Epsilon teams across the country.
TheAccountExecutiveshould be able to utilize their previous experience and good communication skills to manage the projects he or she is responsible for. He or she will be responsible for completing tasks for various marketing programs on time and within client budget:
Lead development of new creative and ensure that creative is on target with plan.
Coordinating approvals of advertising both internally and at all client levels
Updating process documents for campaign execution
Participate in project planning and scheduling.
Maintain libraries of advertisement and process documents updating as necessary
Checking counts and data elements for campaign deployment
Execute programs with production and digital development teams ensuring mail dates are met.
Carefully proofing direct mail proofs and test emails
Building and analyzing reports for accurate campaign results
Presenting status logs of all current projects to internal teams and the client and providing meeting recaps
Manage billing and purchase orders.
Continuously learning all aspects of the client business to:
Gain client confidence
Come up with process and program improvements and new ideas.
Communicate potential pitfalls, delays, and have proposed solutions.
Learn and grow.
Most importantly, the successfulAccountExecutivewe are looking for will work withaccountteam management to continue to grow the confidence and goodwill we have with our automotive client.
Other Preferred Experience (not mentioned above):
Software skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Adobe Acrobat
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Communications
Growing project management skills
Multi-tasking with many programs running concurrently.
Experience with data files and various data file layouts is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communications
Able to work independently, self-starter, with strong initiative.
