Under the direct supervision of theSenior VP of Product Development and Operations, theManufacturingTechnician will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. They will contribute to the production of life-saving medical products and the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Operate andmaintainmanufacturing equipment and machinery, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
Follow established protocols to meet quality standards, perform quality control checks, and document results.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team toidentifyand implement process improvements tooptimizeproductivity and reduce waste.
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent performance.
Adhere to safety protocols andmaintaina safe working environment, reporting any safety concerns or incidents.
Maintainaccuraterecords of production, quality, and equipment maintenance activities.
Work closely with the manufacturing team, engineers, and quality control to resolve production issues and meet production targets.
Stayup-to-datewith relevant manufacturing procedures, guidelines, and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
A relevant technical degree or certification is a plus.
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Basic mechanical and technical skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing technologies.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently or as part of a team.
