Manager/Core System Operations

Our partner;
a financial institutionheadquartered in Plymouth, MI seeks a Manager/Core System Operations to oversee core banking and ancillary systems. The role offers a starting annual rate of $115,500, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide technical leadership for the core systems and software support team.
Monitor and prioritize system cases, ensuring completion according to departmental standards.
Collaborate with the Project Management Office to meet project implementation objectives.
Maintain knowledge of all applications and systems;
serve as primary technical contact with vendors.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and evaluation of software releases;
conduct performance testing and tuning.
Manage databases for optimal performance;
assist in core system scheduling and administration.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
5 years of IT experience, including 3 years in managing IT projects or systems.
2 years of experience with Jack Henry Symitar system management.
Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Advanced problem-solving skills and professional interpersonal communication abilities.
Extensive knowledge of computer, network, and security systems.
