About the role:
You will elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems. Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements.
Perform activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including change deployment and certification, application performance, application management and development support.
What you will be doing?
Work with clients and BPaaS Operations teams to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
Clearly articulate and document business requirements and translate it into functional specifications.
Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
Develop strong partnerships with clients that focus on being a trusted advisor.
Work with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and other team members to design solutions.
Participate in Functionality Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, document test cases and results.
Follow change management process regarding change deployment.
What you will need:
Knowledge of financial services industry.
Proven delivery track record of working as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.E., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development.
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.G., executive, management, individual contributors.

The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
