Full job description
Specialist A/R
Specialist A/R will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the organization. This position requires precision, organization, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

Specialist A/R Responsibilities Include:
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with professionalism.
- Maintain billing records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth billing procedures.
- Goal is to ensure accuracy of invoices and prompt submission to customers through various channels.
- Must be accurate and reliable in handling customer accounts and documents.
- Manage account balances, customer requested changes, and collections.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Specialist A/R Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Some accounting background helpful.
- Good math skills.
- Strong familiarity with Computers and technology.
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with portals such as SAP and Oracle.
- Must be persistent and resourceful.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Frontier Integrity Solutions.
