D) Associate, you will play a key role in developing and implementing training programs that will help our employees grow, improve and be more effective in their roles. You will work as part of the HR team to assess employees' learning and development needs and create programs to meet those needs. Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR and other team members to identify learning needs within the organization.
Develop training materials for various levels of employees.
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness, and implement changes/revisions to improve programs.
Ensure training compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain training records and communicate progress to Director of HR .
Coordinate training logistics such as scheduling, location, and accommodations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in L&
D, training, or related field.
Bilingual (English - Spanish) a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
