Job Description
Change Management:
Lead the development of comprehensive change activation / communication plans for large scale, complex and/or high-profile projects, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Applies change methodologies and tailors them to specific projects and initiatives. Draws on research, best practices and experiences and incorporates them into current and future solutions.
Assess and validate the scope and impact of changes associated with various initiatives.
Act as a change liaison, supporting stakeholders and coaching them through required changes.
Work cross functionally to coordinate change efforts with Key stakeholders (e.G., leaders, global process owners, project managers
Communications &
Enablement:
Write, edit, and review internal communication documents, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align internal communication efforts with external messaging.
Stay informed about company developments and trends, translating them into relevant communications.
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies and vehicles.
Collaborate with L&
D to develop enablement (learning) programs for leaders, employees and general awareness for change management.
Project Management:
Assist in project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate project-related communications, ensuring alignment with overall messaging.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
This is a stand alone position that will require the candidate to work EST hours.
