Lead Community Coordinator

Job Description
The Thriving Texas Families Community Lead will implement the core services of the program to the individuals who are eligible for services. This will include pregnant mothers, spouses, legal guardians, or foster parents who are pregnant or has a child between the age of 0-3. Individuals identified in need of crisis support, referrals, case management, or mentorship. The goal of the program it to improve healthy pregnancies and deliveries;
child health and development;
and improve family dynamics. This position will serve as a direct oversight to associated staff of the Thriving Texas Families program. The Lead will coordinate and ensure outreach, services, and education are being completed to program design standards.
