Well-established and highly-reputable landscaping company servicing the greater Phoenix area is looking for an experienced Landscape Designer.
Responsibilities:
Play an active role in the design process from concept through construction.
Collaborate with clients and coworkers.
Prepare designs, technical drawings, and presentation-quality graphics and illustrations.
Takeoffs and estimating time and materials.
Requirements - Ideal Candidate
Sufficient experience doing high-end residential landscape design professionally.
Degree in Landscape Architecture or relevant field.
Project management experience.
Must have a basic understanding of site design, grading principles and drainage concepts, construction methods, materials, and details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software preferred.
Knowledge of planting design incorporating regional planting materials, including zero-scape / low water designs.
A book of business and/or professional contacts (builders &
architects) preferred.
