Landscape Designer

Job Description
The Landscape Designer is responsible for the following:
Assist with due diligence and site research, documentation and drafting tasks of engineering data as requested by managers.
Assist with preparation of landscape plans, site plans, master plans, and irrigation and lighting plans per direction given by supervisors.
Performs drafting operations for the determination of project plans and collects data for Project designs.
Review and interpret jurisdictional regulations and correctly apply them to design projects.
Maintains dynamic communication with landscape architects, engineers, and the design team for any architectural, engineering or construction issues.
Support the preparation of submittal applications, graphics, reports, and design drawings.
Manage time and priorities to support multiple projects with deadlines and budget constraints in a fast-past office environment.
