Time Frame:
The temporary full-time entry-level position would run for 1 year with the option to renew based on the project pipeline.

Grow with the best! Pandell's Land Records Services Team is a highly motivated, fast-moving team responsible for data management. As part of the team, you will be interpreting as well as maintaining the quality of client specific data. We highly value team members who can process complex data sets and learn on the go, as well as those who value building a positive and enjoyable workplace culture.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
As a team member you will be responsible for working on the following tasks:
Separating batch files into individual PDF documents
Understanding document relationships and filing together connected PDFs
Analyzing information present on documents and selecting pertinent data required for entry
Entering document information into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Training will be provided for each task of the project!
Other Skills/Experience We Value:
Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration with the Land Records and GIS Mapping services teams
Knowledge of basic land principles and property descriptions
