As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our client services team, supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level candidate with a background in agency account management or related experience to grow and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
Please note that this position is IN OFFICE Monday - Friday with varying flexible days each week depending on client work.
$65k-$75k
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for clients across multiple industries. Strong focus on corporate clients.
-Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
-Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful campaign implementation.
-Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that leverage a mix of channels, including digital, social, print, public relations and events.
-Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform campaign strategy and recommendations.
-Develop plans, briefs and presentation decks.
-Develop content for press releases and social media channels.
-Run client update meetings, provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in integrated marketing, agency account management, or related roles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
