Insurance Coordinator

Physicians Hearing Network is the largest, fastest-growing provider of hearing healthcare, exclusive to physicians. We are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and seeking a full-time Insurance Coordinator to add to our corporate team.
This position will:
Be responsible for completing insurance verifications in a timely manner
Track all activity, appointments, orders, payments
Enroll providers in commercial payor networks
Maintain excellent relations and liaison between payors, clinics, and providers
Support compliance, maintain confidentiality, exhibit ethics and integrity
Answer phones, schedule appointments
Requirements
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Proven experience in a medical front desk or customer service role
Vast experience in insurance verification
Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office:
word and Excel
Proficient in using Dropbox
Exemplary customer service
Highly organized and professional
High School diploma (or equivalent) required
