The Opportunity:
The Coordinator, Influencer Marketing, will be responsible for the activation of the earned and paid influencer programs for an assigned brand or portfolio of brands at Mattel. The role will work closely with internal partners, such as brand teams, legal and DEG partners, as well as external talent/agencies.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Job Functions include but are not limited to:

Supports all aspects of influencer campaign planning, development, execution and reporting
Draft and edit documents such as launch calendars, ROS, agendas, one-sheets, wrap reports.
Anticipate and proactively mitigate issues that arise;
consistently communicating with appropriate leads regarding updates on progress, relevant delays, or issues and budget implications
Work with appropriate Legal and S&
P leads to ensure creative meets legal standards
If paid or contracted, ensure final creative and custom integrations are consistent with the brand brief
Ensure that all campaign data is properly entered into campaign database in Captiv8
Work with supervisor to identify and build relationships with creators with a strong audience fit and affinity for assigned brands
Support budget and campaign performance tracking across assigned category
Primary Responsibilities will focus on:
Creator Lists &
VettingResearching and creating influencer lists for the team for earned kits, experiences and live events using influencer sAAs platforms as well as more traditional methods of excel and presentation formats
Vetting Creators to ensure creators align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives and align with brand safety parameters
Work with supervisor to identify and build relationships with creators with a strong audience fit and affinity for assigned brand
Project ManagementMust be able to manage creator gifting kits end to end an efficient speed without losing attention to detail - a key day-to-day responsibility
Must be able to effectively communicate with influencer and/or talent agency for campaign outreach communication
○ Ability to create workback schedules for all influencer campaigns
Maintain thorough communication with internal cross-functional teams, vendors, and key stakeholders on the brand teams
Identifying ordering and fulfilling brand products for paid and earned campaigns Manage end-to-end organization- creation, execution (inclusive of content review and feedback), and tracking for all influencer seeding &
paid campaigns with support of your manager
Build out influencer contracts and scopes of work in our contracting tool with support of legal
ReportingMust be able to track content across all social platforms - through sAAs platforms as well as manually
Responsible for compiling and creating all paid campaign, earned media, experiences and events reports
Support budget tracking
