THE ROLE
Be in the middle of all aspects of Creator campaigns for adidas, and other brands like McDonald’s, and Google;
from talent identification, contract negotiations, and content review, to metric reporting and invoicing, you will be a crucial team member to help bring support to our brand partners.

YOU ARE
A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively
Not interested in just following trends – you want to create them
A self-starter, who’ll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro
Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, talent agencies and management companies
Attend relevant events for networking and business connections
Track emerging trends, technologies, industry experts, celebrities &
influencers
Identify talent for social campaigns based on any given strategy
Make initial outreach to Creator candidates
Participate in client calls to discuss all aspects of campaigns
Work with our finance team to assist with routing Creator invoices
Help with deck creation for campaigns, and Creator selects
Create campaign metric reporting using our AI tools
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
Genuine interest in the world of social media, and Content Creators
Being aware of current trends, and a variety of Content Creators
Enthusiasm for learning, and asking questions
Proficient with GoogleSlides, and spreadsheet creation
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Well organized with great time management skills
