Phoenix is looking for an HR Assistant for our Maryland Heights office!!
We are adding an HR Assistant to the Phoenix family! Do you have a passion for making a difference in someone’s life? Monday – Friday
8am-5pm

Job Duties:
Daily filing, data entry, general office duties &
admin duties.
Verifying paperwork &
processing new hire files.
Support the Hospitality Specialists at the front desk, utilizing multi-line phone systems
Support the Human Resources team as needed
Instructing Orientation classes for all Phoenix family members new to the job
Orientation training
Requirements
Level of Excellence in Customer Service
Experience in Home Care/Home Health Care/Hospice preferred.
Minimum 1 year of Office Experience is required;
HR experience a definite plus.
Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office &
Windows Operating System)
