NestWell HeHealth Care is a newly established home care company seeking innovative, dedicated, and compassionate Nurse Aides to join our newly formed team. As a Home Health Aide, you will deliver essential care and support to patients in their homes. This is an enriching opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Remind patients to take their medications
Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
Offer companionship and emotional support to patients
Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Requirements

Valid certification as a HHA, CNA, PCA
Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care is preferred
Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
Proven track record of delivering exceptional caregiving services with the utmost professionalism and empathy

Knowledge of the latest industry best practices and techniques in home healthcare
Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively
