Farmhouse Pottery is looking for an innovative, brand-driven Graphic Designer to join our small but mighty team to help create compelling visual content for both digital and print applications. We are looking for a teammate who is creative, organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. To be successful in this role you should possess keen attention to detail, an intuitive eye for visual design, and the ability to package and deliver design files across various mediums in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop design projects that work across all brand experiences, from email campaigns, digital ads, website, packaging and products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with our Marketing team to create visually appealing graphic treatments, and layouts for various marketing materials, including print and digital media.
Develop and adhere to brand standards while continuing to evolve visual identity.
Ensure seasonal design initiatives are implemented consistently, manage timelines, and arrange proofing.
Produce retail marketing signs including product and promotional signage.
Design creative assets for use on social platforms.
Photo asset management and organization, including image resizing.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design work.
Manage multiple projects at once while owning the delivery of design outputs.
Support team as needed with any special requests.
Requirements
1-2 years of graphic design experience working in digital and print mediums, and experience in consumer-facing environments.
Strong web portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, visual and brand design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design software.
Ability to animate simple GIFs in Photoshop.
Familiarity with email design best practices and slicing techniques.
Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platform.
Video editing experience is preferred.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate as part of a creative team.
Ability to work from Woodstock 2-3 days/week
