General Laborer

Personnel is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. As a General Laborer, you will perform a variety of essential tasks to support the operations of our company. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as necessary
Perform basic assembly or production tasks
Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
Follow safety guidelines and protocols
Assist with inventory tracking and stock management
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
No prior experience required, although previous general labor experience is a plus
Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and punctuality
