Full Charge Bookkeeper
Job Description:
Manages the general ledger, prepares financial statements, handles payroll processing and tax filings, reconciles bank statements and accounts, and oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Requires extensive bookkeeping experience and proficiency in accounting software.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of accounting duties including general ledger and financial statement preparation.
Process payroll, including tax filings and compliance.
Reconcile bank statements and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Accounting or related field;
bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
