Job Description
Reporting to the VP of US Commercial, theFoundry Sales Managerwill be responsible for maximizing sales into the Foundries throughout the US. Working closely with AIM Operation leaders on prospecting sales of material to metal foundry accounts. Developing New Business, Building and sustaining relationships, Prospecting, Monitoring, and tracking monthly sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while playing a key role in shaping the future of the metal recycling industry.
What you're responsible for:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the foundry industry.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.
Leading negotiations, preparing proposals, and closing deals in accordance with company guidelines and customer expectations.
Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
