Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Symmetrio is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its client, a hematology and oncology practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Responsibilities
Financial reporting - daily, weekly, monthly versus budget and prior year
Create insightful and timely reports to allow the organization to operate more strategically
Develop and manage a consistent way to track KPIs
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions
Assist in managing banking relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources
Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
1-3 years experience analyzing data to produce reports to inform business decisions
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong team player with ability to collaborate across multiple teams
