We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Financial Planning &
Analysis (FP&
A) Group as a Junior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts, conducting financial research and analysis, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of finance. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including variance analysis and trend analysis. Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights for analysis. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's financial performance. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous internship or coursework in finance or accounting is preferred but not required. Power BI knowledge is a benefit but not required. Minimum Education:
