Job Description
Supervise a team of highly talented financial analysts in a fast-paced environment
Build strong working relationships with key department heads and members of the executive team
Develop a deep understanding of the Cricut business model, including key opportunities and risks, while providing meaningful input into strategic business decisions
Model and deliver strategic insights for key forward-looking decision-making initiatives, partnering closely with sales, pricing, and operating expense teams
Own execution of quarterly and annual reforecasting processes and ad hoc scenario planning
Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly 10-Q filings and other external reports
Maintain a strong SOX control environment
Create accurate key internal reports and advance the effectiveness and efficiency of internal financial reporting
Exhibit a continual process-improvement and problem-solving mindset
