As a Executive Chef, you will lead the entire operation of all the Kitchens and the entire Heartist team in planning, preparing and directing all food preparation in the hotel to create unforgettable and elegant dining experiences for all our clientele.

What you'll be doing:
Qualified candidate will be responsible for:
Manage all Kitchens and ensure efficient daily functioning while working closely with Food &
Beverage director and the other Kitchen leaders (Chefs) in your team.
Development of new concepts,creating and introducing new menus and standardized recipes, keeping food cost at minimum per assigned goal and also ensuringquality, consistency and hygiene both for products and equipmentin the restaurant.
Allocatekitchen resources, execute controls, trainand developkitchen staff including coaching and recommendations for discipline, systemizes daily functioning, and maintains efficient Kitchen Operations in the department.
Showcaseyour unique personality, creativity and skills in any food you cook andcreate a memorable dining experience with your food.
Work with the Culinary team in the heart of the housein ensuring quality of food, food preparation, timeliness of catering service, and efficiency of the operation.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
Exercise good judgment and intuition to anticipating the needs of theteam, managers, co-workers and guests. Take initiative to connect with your fellow Ambassadors, inquire about their guestexperience, and ensureguestsatisfaction.
Be empowered to lead morning/evening operations and address feedback from externalguests, the Food &
Beverage service team and the Sales department.
