Our dynamic and innovative team is committed to driving success and growth in the mortgage industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant with social media experience to support our executive team and help enhance our online presence.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who is not only skilled in administrative tasks, but also proficient in managing and growing social media channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a knack for multitasking and a passion for digital marketing. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Duties may include:
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a strong attention to detail.
Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.G., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media.
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
3+ years of experience in executive support
High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Mortgage experience is a plus
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work well and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
Customer service orientation.
PC literate with MS Office skills and other business software.
Ability to build rapport and motivate a diversity of internal and external audiences
Aptitude for self-development and learning
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and speed
Results-driven leadership style based on shared leadership and collaboration
High level of integrity, ethics, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
