Engineering Supervisor

Job Description
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will:
Leadworkers engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings
Order tools, equipment, and supplies
Inspectcompleted work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards
Study production schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job assignments
Interpretcompany policies for workers and enforces safety regulations
Establishor adjustwork procedures to meet production schedules
Suggestchanges in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the work crew
Analyzeand resolvework problems or assistworkers in solving work problems
Initiateor suggestplans to motivate workers to achieve work goals
Maintaintime and production records
Conferwith other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments
Performactivities of workers supervised
