$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)

$20.34 per hour

Up to 30 hours per week

Summary:
Play a key role in building relationships with corporate partners who are passionate about hiring people with disabilities in their industries. This position works with community employers to create and implement successful training programs to ensure rewarding, long-term employment for the individuals who are hired. Assist members in orientation, training, and learning the skills needed to secure and maintain employment. Provide access to an array of employment, job training and educational opportunities. Additional duties include implementing employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assurance of jobs being completed to specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with one year relevant personal or professional experience OR Associate’s plus two years of related experience OR High School diploma, GED or HiSet required with three years’ experience.
Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential.
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, use of vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle.
Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices, and community organizations.
