Email Marketing Specialist

LGI Homes is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

The Email Marketing Specialist assists with the management of a $85 million marketing budget and is responsible for executing strategies that focus on customer acquisition and lead nurturing through LGl's email marketing initiatives. This role manages the strategy and creation process for all emails for LGI Homes and its affiliated brands. It serves as the subject matter expert for LGI Homes’ enterprise email platform.
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the performance of all email marketing campaigns for the LGI Homes and Terrata Homes brands. This role directs email strategy, including targeting, frequency, and content for all LGI brands. This position plays a key role in the development and continued implementation of our email management platform, and the integration of other related platforms to deliver an industry-leading email experience to customers.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree is required and 1 year of email marketing experience is plus. The Email Marketing Specialist must have a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments.
