Electronics Assembler

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Assembler to join a fun and supportive production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling electronic components and a strong understanding of electronic systems. As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to assemble electronic components accurately
- Use hand and power tools to solder, crimp, and connect electronic parts
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
- Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions in electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and troubleshoot issues
- Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations at all times
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field
- Strong understanding of electronic systems and components
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for assembly and repair
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and blueprints
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electronic systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment
