Electronic Testing And Assembly Technician

Job Description
The candidate will work in a team work environment, perform battery testing and battery charging duties, may assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies when needed. Candidate must be a team player with demonstrated skills and abilities, or the fast learner in assembly manufacturing, material handling, soldering, wiring and ability to comprehend basic prints and wiring diagrams. The candidate may perform a variety of tasks in accordance with their training, experience, and skill as assigned by their Lead or Supervisor including:
Perform battery testing according to the defined procedures.
Perform battery charging according to defined operating procedures.
Scan battery labels to generate master QR label.
Perform proper data recording.
Perform battery products packaging per requirement.
Visual verification.
Report issues and troubleshooting issues identified during the testing.
Assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies according to specifications and drawings when needed.
Spot soldering and welding for electrical board (PCB) when needed.
