Job Description
As the Ecommerce Pricing and Promotions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our annual sales targets by developing and executing on promotional strategies, single product and category price updates, new and existing product configuration, promo code management, and other aspects of site merchandising. You will partner closely with the broader DTC team including Paid Media, DTC Developers, Content Marketing, and others to help drive growth for Cricut’s DTC business.
Responsibilities
Weekly product and category price updates that align with our regional promotional calendars
Become the resident Salesforce Commerce Cloud expert, especially as it relates to product configuration, pricing, promo rules, cross-sells, upsells, and reporting
New SKU configuration including copy and image imports, product attributes, categorization, etc.
Existing product updates for bundled products

Inventory management based on product lifecycle and inventory levels
Inventory forecasting based on historical trends

Promo/Coupon code creation and management
(url removed) site cross-sell/upsell management and optimization
Weekly reporting on promotion and category performance
