This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week)
This eCommerce Account Manager is responsible for taking ecommerce account management experience and leveraging that to drive online engagement and demand generation activity. This role manages several large and small pure play ecommerce accounts in a traditional account management capacity. This role supports a combination of 1P sellers and 3rd party specialists.
There is significant growth opportunity with this account base, as part of our evolving eCommerce strategy to maximize accessibility &
demand generation whilemitigating disruption. Finally, this role will assist the National Sales Manager with a digital communication strategy to drive online engagement through historically offline sales channels, in an effort to find additional distributors that would benefit from eCommerce support.

Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage several large and small pure play eCommerce distributors
Utilize data driven marketing at an account level to accelerate sell through
Enable distribution to engage in demand generation activity through their own social and email marketing platforms
Collaborate with other sales teams to ensure a consistent implementation of our developing long term eCommerce strategy
Travel as needed for various meetings and events (20%)
Ability to solve complex problems independently
Participate in, and add value to, evolving our online strategies;
B to B ecommerce, marketplace authorization, online partner programs, ecommerce promotional activity
Support creation of digital campaigns for large groups of offline distributors to increase digital engagement
