Director Of Finance

Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial performance of assigned ministries, including monitoring and reporting variances
Support the achievement of productivity and supply chain targets
Participate in ministry level management meetings
Serve as a liaison to accounts payable and payroll processes
Assist in facilitating capital projects as prioritized and approved
Assist with the development of ministry budgets
Provide assistance to the senior management team and departmental leaders in achieving annual and long-term strategies
Develop and manage dashboards to track key financial metrics
Ensure the implementation of internal audit recommendations
Lead special projects for the ministry and the region
Review monthly financial statements
Collaborate with the PSJH accounting team to accurately reflect operational and clinical services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
8+ years of experience within a leadership role
10+ years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Compensation)
Master's Degree in Accounting, CPA, HFMA or FACHE accreditations are preferred
